 On average it takes 66 days to form a HABIT. Each month Habits &


Lifestyles will focus on 1 Lifestyle area. 
We will provide tips and support via Instagram and FaceBook.


However, you have the option to choose your primary focus. 
After one month we will incorporate a new Lifestyle area to our day to day routine until it becomes a HABIT. 


On a daily basis, we will work on the new Healthier Habit until it becomes a LIFESTYLE.
