Habits & Lifestyles: Healthier Habits offers a 60-Day Introductory Course to individuals and groups. During the 60-days we will focus on 1-Lifestyle area per week. 

Habits & Lifestyles: Healthier Habits includes- mini-kit and  Workbook.

Our support includes;

  • An introductory video on "how to use the workbook" and what to expect
  • Access to our closed Facebook group
  • Daily emails
  • Daily social media tips and inspiration 
  • One 15-min call per week
  • One Support video per week
  • Two 30-min phone calls (1 during week 1 and 1 during our final week together)
